Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

• Token Amount (non-refundable):
• ₹50,000 + 18% GST (1-day event)
• ₹1,00,000 + 18% GST (2+ day event)
• Payment Schedule:
• 50% of total billing (including token) – due 2 months before event
• Remaining 50% + vendor bills – due 15 days before event
• Bookings made <15 days before the event must be paid in full upfront.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are first-come, first-served. Confirmation only upon receipt of token + signed agreement.

3. Access & Timings

• Check-in: 8:00 AM | Check-out: 10:00 PM.
• Extra hours or overnight usage must be pre-approved; otherwise, legal action may be taken.

4. Venue Usage & Power

• ₹10,000/day charged for electricity genset (excluding décor genset).
• Access only to spaces mentioned in your booking.
• TGHR may host other events in unbooked areas.

5. Vendors

• Only TGHR-approved caterers and decorators allowed
• External vendors by written approval only – ₹50,000/day royalty applies
• All vendor bills must be paid with the venue payment (15 days prior)
• Decorators must bring separate genset; venue supply not allowed

6. ID & Room Keys

• Original ID of the client to be submitted at check-in and returned post-damage verification.
• Lost key charge: ₹1,000

7. Damages & Liability

• Clients are financially liable for room items, any damage due to alcohol or misconduct.
• ID will be withheld until dues are cleared.

8. Conduct & Restrictions

• Subletting/resale of bookings prohibited.
• TGHR is not responsible for guest valuables.
• Pets allowed only in outdoor spaces.

9. Legal & Compliance

• Client must obtain permits (DJ, sound, liquor).
• Legal action for alcohol without permits, violence, or defamation.
• Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Confidentiality & Public Disclosures

• Clients must not defame publicly without submitting a formal complaint within 3 days of event.
