1. Package System
- All event packages at TGHR are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Guests must finalize their package at the time of token payment.
- TGHR strictly follows a package-based system for venue, food, and décor services.
2. Food & Decoration
- All food and décor services are provided only by TGHR's on-panel vendors.
- External decorators are not allowed under any circumstances.
- External caterers may be considered only in exceptional cases with prior written approval from TGHR management.
- A. Kitchen Usage & Cleaning Charges (Mandatory & Non-Negotiable):
- These Charges are compulsory, per day, based on the total number of guests (stay + event) declared at the time of booking.
- Charges must be paid 15 days before the event along with the final venue payment.
- If an external caterer is approved, the following terms are strictly applicable:
- Guest Count (Total Pax) Kitchen Usage & Cleaning Charges (Per Day)
- 0 to 100 guests: ₹25,000 per day
- 101 to 200 guests: ₹35,000 per day
- 201 to 500 guests: ₹50,000 per day
- 501 and above: ₹75,000 per day
- These rates are strictly non-negotiable based on declared guest count at the time of booking.
- No adjustments or reductions will be accepted later.
- B. Refundable Security Deposit (Mandatory):
- A refundable ₹1,00,000 security deposit must be paid for all external caterers.
- The amount will be refunded on the same day of checkout, only after:
- Proper Inspection of the kitchen, washing & service areas, Confirmation that the venue has been cleaned and restored to original
- Condition, and Verification that no damages, breakage, or misuse has occurred.
- In case of any damage to the venue, property, or fixtures, TGHR reserves the right to deduct the repair cost from the deposit before refund.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client is liable to pay the balance immediately before checkout.
- C. Cleaning Obligation:
- External caterers must deep clean and wash the kitchen, utensils, and work areas before leaving the premises.
- The kitchen and service areas must be handed over in a clean and hygienic condition, failing which TGHR reserves the right to
deduct cleaning and restoration costs from the security deposit.
- D. Client Responsibility:
- Should sign the addendum for extended terms and information regarding external caterers.
- The client shall be fully responsible for the actions and conduct of the external caterer and their staff.
- Any negligence, damages, hygiene violations, or misuse of property by the caterer will be treated as the client's responsibility
and will be adjusted or recovered prior to checkout.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- Token Amount:
- ₹50,000 + 18% GST (for 1-day events)
- ₹1,00,000 + 18% GST (for 2 or more days)
- Non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- Payable via bank transfer, UPI, or online methods only.
- GST (18%) applicable on all payments.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% (including token) due 2 months before the event date.
- Remaining balance due 15 days prior to the event.
- For bookings within 15 days of the event, 100% payment is due immediately.
- Refunds & Adjustments:
- All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- One-time date adjustment allowed if requested in writing 30 days prior, subject to availability.
4. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- TGHR does not block dates without advance payment.
- Confirmation receipt and invoice are issued only after signing the venue’s Terms & Conditions Undertaking.
5. Date Change / Cancellation
- One-time date change allowed if informed 30 days prior in writing.
- Rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original date.
- No second date change or refund allowed.
- All cancellations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Check-In / Check-Out
- Standard Check-in: 8:00 AM & Check-out: 10:00 PM.
- If no event space is booked on the last day, checkout time is 9:00 AM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and extra charges.
7. Safety & Responsibility
- TGHR is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests must secure their valuables and check rooms before leaving.
- Any damages to venue property must be paid before checkout.
8. Pets
- TGHR is pet-friendly; however, pets are not allowed inside rooms or banquet halls.
- Pets can stay in porches, patios, or outdoor areas only.
9. Room Service & Dining
- Room service for food and beverages is not available during events.
- Guests may dine at the restaurant or designated buffet area.
10. Liquor & Sound Policy
- TGHR does not hold a liquor license; clients must obtain daily permits and share a copy with management.
- If TGHR assists in permit procedures, all government and admin charges must be paid in advance.
- Sound/music permitted only until 11:00 PM as per law.
- Non-compliance may result in music stoppage and legal action.
11. Conduct & Behavior
- Guests must maintain decorum and follow resort rules.
- Misconduct, damage, or reputational harm to TGHR will lead to event termination without refund.
- All dues, damages, or penalties must be settled before checkout.
12. Public Communication & Confidentiality
- Clients or guests must not post negative or defamatory content without first submitting a written complaint within 3 days of checkout.
- TGHR reserves the right to take legal action for reputational harm.
- All event and payment information shared with TGHR remains confidential.
13. Legal & Compliance
- Clients are responsible for all required permissions (sound, liquor, etc.) under local laws.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Terms & Conditions Undertaking
- During booking, every client must sign TGHR's Terms & Conditions Undertaking, acknowledging acceptance of all venue rules.
- This signed document is mandatory for all event bookings.
- The official payment receipt will be issued only after the undertaking is duly signed and acknowledged by both parties.
15. Extended Terms
- Extended venue terms and conditions will be provided by the sales team during the booking confirmation process.
16. Extra Mattress Policy
- For double-occupancy rooms: 1 extra mattress included.
- For quad-occupancy rooms: 2 extra mattresses included.
- For dormitory stays: Mattress count will be as per package.
- It offers a comfortable stay with 10 extra Complimentary mattress.

- Additional mattresses will be charged at ₹800 per mattress, strictly non-negotiable.
17. Damage & Restoration Clause
- Any damage to rooms, lawns, kitchens, décor, furniture, linens, toilets, utilities, equipment
will be fully charged to the client before checkout.
- Costs may be deducted from deposit or must be paid immediately.
- Damage includes paan stains, smoking stains, vomit cleaning, breakage, misuse, etc.
- Room Key + ID Retention Rule:
- Original ID of booking person must be submitted at check-in.
- ID returned only after damage check + final clearance.
- Lost room key charge: ₹1,000.
- Genset / Electricity Rule:
- Venue has 24x7 electricity.
- In case of outage, genset activates in 15 seconds.
- Decorators MUST bring their own genset (venue electricity cannot be used for décor).
- No Venue Dropping After Booking:
- Once venues are confirmed at booking, NO venues can be removed, downgraded, or exchanged.
- No reduction in package allowed.
- Partial Venue Booking Rule:
- Venues not booked remain locked or may be allotted to other clients.
- Client gets access ONLY to spaces listed in their quotation.
- Event Flow Requirement (Client Must Submit Flow Chart)
- Client must share full event flow, timings, menu, and décor plan 5 days before event.
- Indemnity Clause:
- Client indemnifies TGHR for any damage, injury, legal dispute, negligence caused by guests/vendors.
- TGHR is NOT responsible for any external vendor behavior.
- Non-Compliance Penalty Clause:
- Any violation may result in event termination, penalties, and forfeiture of payments.
- Public Disorder / Misconduct Clause:
- Violence, fights, illegal activity will lead to immediate legal involvement + event shutdown.
- Force Majeure Clause:
- In case of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, event rescheduling is subject to availability, at management discretion.
